UK Delivery

We deliver to all of the UK, but not to PO boxes, Parcel Shops or similar 

 

Next Day Courier Delivery – UK Mail / iPost Courier

 

One Price £9.95 (£8.29 excl VAT)

For orders up to 30Kg

Not available to Scottish Highland or UK Offshore Islands

 

Our next day courier service offers;

 

Next day service – no courier guarantees next day, but only a few parcels per year take longer

Pre delivery notifications on request – know when your parcel will be delivered

Delivery to your choice of address – work, home, a friend or the marina office

Secure insured delivery – lost or broken by courier – rapid replacement at our cost.

Fully track-able delivery from our door to your door – email or SMS alerts if requested

 

Please note that Next Day is from the day of despatch, NOT from the day of your order being placed. Whilst this will generally be the case, if our stock count is incorrect or if a planned restock is delayed, despatch of your order may be delayed. We will endeavour to keep you up to date in such cases.

 

Please be aware that the above rates apply to mainland UK only. Scottish highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and non UK areas have different rates.

Deliveries to remote locations may take an extra day

 

Our economy courier service offers;

 

No Rush Delivery – Usually 3 to 5 days but can occasionally take longer

Delivery to your choice of address – work, home, a friend or the marina office

Trackable delivery from our door to your door

Signature NOT required so can be left in a safe place if you email us the details

 

 

 

Royal Mail Delivery

 

We send very little by Royal Mail and have to take your parcel to a Post Office in person. Accordingly our rates are not a low as we would like. However if you believe Royal Mail is your best option, we can offer the following options;



Royal Mail First Class Signed For

Small Parcels up to 2KG £9.95 (£8.29 excl VAT)

Medium Parcels up to 5KG £23.95 (£19.96 excl VAT)



International Delivery

Please select International delivery from the menu options and we will provide you with a personalised price by email by looking for the cheapest secure option for your location. If you choose not to accept the price we can guarantee that we will cancel your order with no charges to you at all. You may also want to consider choosing the collect from warehouse option and arranging your own carrier.



Local Collection

If you prefer, you can arrange by phone or email to collect your order from our warehouse in Bournemouth UK.




Delivery Terms

You should see the price options for your area when you go to the checkout. If you choose a delivery option for the wrong geography, you agree by placing your order that we can change delivery method upon despatch to the lowest cost option for your geography and charge your card accordingly.

When you go to checkout the price will be calculated based on both weight and size. We promise that if your items fit into a smaller bag than the website calculates we will charge you the lower rate. On the rare occasion that we cannot pack your items into the bag the website calculates we will charge you the higher rate.

 

Occasionally our website will hold the wrong weight for a product which will result in an more or less expensive carriage cost than you may expect. If you notice an anomlly please let us know. If we discover an error we will correct it and will charge you a lower rate if appropriate or contact you if need to charge a higher rate.

 

We will endeavour to contact you before making any changes to the delivery of your order. This may result in your order being delayed, however such changes rarely apply to our next day charge, so we believe that your focus is cost and not speed of delivery.

Please only choose our next day service if delivery speed is important to you. Do not make plans based on the expected timings of our other delivery options. Whilst they are generally as stated, both our economy option and Royal Mail have been know to take longer than the expected times for delivery.



Delivery Problems

My item has not arrived yet

The time you should allow for delivery varies depending what area we are delivering to and what delivery method you selected at checkout as confirmed on your order acknowledgement email.

Please review our Delivery page for full details of carriage transit times. If the stated maximum time has elapsed and you still do not have your goods you should contact us by email. Please do not contact us before the maximum time as we take no action until this time has elapsed as almost all packages arrive within the maximum timeframe and processing enquiries slows down communication with other customers.



My item has arrived damaged
