How your order is processed
When you submit your order on our website it takes around two hours to become live on our fulfilment and accounting systems. If you order by phone or fax, we will need to enter your order on our systems which which can take up to 48 hours in busy periods. Whatever method you use, you will receive a sales order confirmation from our system by email – if you don't get a confirmation, we don't have your order. If you don't receive an email you need to contact our sales team to get your order acknowledgement number.
If your order is on our system prior to 2:00pm we will aim to despatch your order that day if we have stock. Many of our items are on drop ship from our suppliers which means they are in stock with us the day after you order them. So long as they arrive before 2:00pm we aim to despatch them that day.
Some items that may be out of stock or have longer lead times can take more time to despatch. If an item will take more than 5 days between order acknowledgement and despatch we aim to contact you and let you know. This keeps you informed and gives you the opportunity to cancel your order if time is critical.
Only when your order is despatched from our warehouse is your credit card charged.
Updating your order
If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order acknowledgement. So long as we hear from you prior to despatch we will amend your order and send a new acknowledgement. If you have received an invoice, you are too late as our system has already despatched your goods and you will need to read our Returns policy.
If you send an additional order and your original order remains un-despatched we aim to package the orders all together to minimise the carriage charged to you. Usually this will result in our charging less than the combined charges shown on your separate order acknowledgements.

Bank Transfer (for orders over £100)
Purchase Orders (for pre existing Trade credit account holders)
When you submit your order, your credit card details are checked to ensure they are valid and able to pay for the goods ordered. We do not charge your card however until your goods are despatched from our warehouse.
If you do not want to pay by credit card and you order total is over £100 you can contact us by email or phone and we can arrange for BACS payments although this will usually take longer as our accounts department will need to confirm funds have been received prior to despatch.
Please note that we are unable to accept any other form of Credit, Debit or PrePaid card other than those detailed above. We are also unable to process postal orders, cheques or cash or any other form of payment.
